Securities account opening requirements

證券帳戶開立要求

1. Customers must be over 18 years old. 客戶必須年滿18歲

2. The client’s valid identity document (the client’s ID card or the relevant part of his or her passport) 客戶有效的身分證明文件（客戶的身分證或其護照的有關部分）

3.  Proof of residential address indicating name of client - a copy of proof of address issued within 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, etc. 註明客戶的姓名和居住地址證明 - 3 個月內簽發的地址證明影本（水電費帳單、銀行對帳單等）。

4. Customer's own bank card. 客戶本人銀行卡

5. The customer fills out the online application form him/herself. 客戶本人填寫線上申請表 https://cms.2go-app.com/client/?linkToken=SE82NTkwOjE3MDUzODY5NjkxNzA=

6. Make an initial deposit of not less than HK$10,000 or the same amount converted into other currencies, from a bank account opened in  the name of the customer with a licensed bank in Hong Kong or from a bank account opened in the name of the customer in an eligible jurisdiction (respectively Australia , Austria, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.) Bank accounts (designated overseas banks) opened by banks (supervised by banking regulatory agencies account) is successfully transferred to the bank account of HWSCL. 將數額不少於10,000港元的首筆存款或折算為其他貨幣的相同款額，由以客戶名義在香港持牌銀行開立的銀行戶口或由以客戶名義在受合資格司法管轄區（分別為澳洲、奧地利、比利時、加拿大、愛爾蘭、以色列、意大利、馬來西亞、挪威、葡萄牙、新加坡、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、英國及美國。）內的銀行監管機構所監督的銀行開立的銀行帳戶（指定海外銀行帳戶）成功轉帳至弘歷環球證券有限公司的銀行帳戶。

Note 1:   Clients should keep and email relevant transfer records to HWSCL Securities’ bank to confirm that the transfer was made from the client’s bank account.

註1:  客戶應保留和電郵有關轉帳記錄至弘歷證券的銀行，以確認有關轉帳是由客戶銀行戶口作出的。

Note 2:   All deposits and withdrawals made to customer trading accounts in the future can only be made through the designated bank account.

註2:  日後就客戶交易戶口作出的所有存款及提款只能透過指定銀行戶口進行。

Note 3:   The remitting bank, the transit bank, and the receiving bank may charge corresponding fees due to cross-border remittance, please refer to the actual fees      charged by banks.

註3:  匯款銀行、轉機銀行、收款銀行可能因跨境匯款而收取相應費用，請以銀行實際收取的費用為準。

Note 4:   To prevent bank charges when withdrawing funds, please make sure your Bank Account Name is in the same order as account opening ID Number, or client will be liable for the fees!

註4:  為避免提款時產生銀行手續費，請確保您的銀行帳戶名稱與開戶身分證號碼順序一致，否則費用將由客戶承擔！

For any outstanding/failed bank transfer HWSCL will not be able to open account or establish or provide investments, transactions or related services.  對於任何未完成/失敗的銀行轉賬，弘歷證券將無法開設帳戶或建立或提供投資、交易或相關服務。

線上開戶5步曲：

1. Fill in information via phone 在手機填寫個人資料

2. Acknowledge all consents 確認清楚明白各項披露聲明

3. Upload documents 上載個人資料文件

4. Bank transfer HK$10,000 轉帳不少於HK$10,000及上傳證明

5. Pass customer due diligence 通過背景審查後成功開戶

HWSCL will process the opening procedure once all documents are received. Additional information and/or document may be needed for compliance. 收到上述文件後，本公司會儘快處理。如有需要，本公司可要求客戶提交額外文件或資料以供審核之用。

Kindly be reminded: HWSCL reserve the right to reject the account opening request. 請注意，本公司可因應情況而有權拒絕客戶開戶之申請。
